  I have a certain feeling towards movies released during my birth year. This movie is made out of love for Star Trek and that’s what makes it  an enjoyable watch— but yeah fairly sexist and could be better

  (But as always…..when I watch a movie where it’s Japan war time wwII I’m like,, a little bit wary of revisionist vibes, especially since Japan is super avoidant abt war crimes. —BUT, I think bc this movie is so much abt Godzilla and how she’s such a crazy bad bitch, and the movie goes in really hard on the nuclear weapon allegory, it works.. like can u imagine for one second that every cuntry lowkey has a Godzilla…
