I didn’t have a favorite movie before really, I’ve watched Dark Knight countless amount of times and I really like Nolan’s projects but after rewatching it again at home this genuinely might be my favorite movie of all time. Worth the 3 hours and also nerds me out every time seeing theoretical physics being put to use and that’s the thing about to movie. You love this so much, you can make so much with it but now are you proud of what it can to be in the end?

It’s complicated, you can piece the story together but it definitely feels in parts if you haven’t read the book. Deborah Curtis wrote her book telling Ian’s story until death and this movie does well showing key moments in his life even if the schoolboy era which is essential almost to his future and end is almost completely ignored.
