Robert Pattinson is in that echelon of actors where I'd be seated in the cinema just because he's in the movie and Mickey 17 further showcases why. His performance is fantastic and one of the best he's ever done and the rest of the cast are also great in their own right. A Real Pain 2024
Kieran Culkin is so damn good he really elevates the film. Strongest in its script and central performances, this movie grabs your attention and attachment and takes you on a great emotional journey. I've been wanting to watch this since it released and I'm glad I finally got around to it

Beasts of No Nation 2015
I have pretty split feelings on this. The first act was really boring but the rest was pretty interesting. Some of the acting isn't the best but Idris Elba has a good performance. He was the most intriguing character but he also rapes a kid so not cool. The ending felt a bit anticlimactic to me but the film raised some thought-provoking questions throughout the runtime.
