My favorite moment of this film, which is now forever etched into my brain is the line: “Perhaps I was a bird and you were the branch I landed on.” The way I personally interpret it is as a reminder of how precious some connections in our lives are, romantic or platonic, that even the simplest interaction in a past life was enough to bring you together in this one.
