    While to some Carol may feel like it is dragging it’s feet, I think it is that exact slow pace which truly makes the film shine. Set against the backdrop of 1950s New York, the film, if you allow it to, really envelops you in the period and doesn’t try to let you go.

    For a film called Coherence, I’ve got to say that I had no idea what the hell was going on for most of it.
