  i absolutely despise the propaganda of “this movie was the best sequel since Empire”. it’s never true and tends to be paid promotion for the worst movie you’ll see that year.

  instead, i’ll say that Dune: Part Two was the best sequel since The Lord of the Rings: The Two Towers. i can’t remember a cinema experience that so deeply immersed me in the world i was being presented with as this film did. obviously credit to the incredible performances…
