How is this THE big award movie lmao.
I mean Zoe Saldana was pretty good and i liked the cinematography but the rest was awful.
Emilia Pérez wants to make me feel bad for a drug cartel boss that killed thousands of families because she changed her gender.
As soon as she does her whole persona changes which makes no fucking sense cus one week earlier she had no problem killing people.

Megalopolis 2024
Rarely have I found it so difficult to rate a film as I did with Francis Ford Coppola's Megalopolis.
The only aspect of the film that I can actually rate is the visual aspect and that is really fantastic.
Visually it is really beautiful with lots of colors and contrasts.
I definitely liked the film in other ways too, even if I didn't really understand a lot of it, which I think was intentional.
