what if there was 90 minutes of spy thriller before the titular raid and also there were 4 mad dogs. maybe giving this series a budget wasn't the play. There is a fight scene at the end which is better than the entire first movie though.

This movie is a paper thin plot justification for 100 minutes of extremely loud gunfire and some of the most insane hand to hand fighting ive ever seen. They give absolutely no justification for the main character being the silat grandmaster he proves himself to be and i do not fucking care.
