A sculpture was enlisted to design the Stillsuits his name is Jose Fernandez(best known for marvel and dc superhero suits), the studio enlisted a sculptor for costume designs because the suits had to work with all body types.
The costumes in the beginning are actually based off of Old royals specifically the Romanov’s outside of that you can see elements of Prince Philip and Nicholas II of Russia to make Leto’s outfits.
