Deeply impressed with this film. It’s not for everyone, but I really value Aaron Pagniano’s vision and their commitment to the images on the screen. Usually vampire transformations happen very fast and skipped through; I loved seeing this transformation from mortal to immortal as a deeply painful and somewhat traumatizing experience. It’s a fresh take on that. I’m really excited to see what comes next for the filmmaker.
