What a BIG film. The performances are amazing and the slow build was kind of perfect. I appreciated the intermission though.

Humanity is capable of such atrocity. It makes me sick that people could do these things to other human beings.
As a film, I appreciate the uniqueness. I thought the POV style was very creative. Although though it just didn’t draw me in as much as I wish it did. Rather than make me feel like I was there, it robbed me of seeing a lot of the protagonists performance, which ultimately left me a little disconnected. Kinda wish this had been done in a more traditional style cause I was drawn into this story.

The performances from Stan and Strong are flawless. I was fascinated by all the little mannerisms that we see today, but without being an impersonation. And while it’s really great to see how the monster was created, as a movie I can’t rate it higher than 3 stars. Maybe cause Im just tired of this man.
