Morally confused, the book equivalent in this movie are the paintings/stone engravings, etc. they use one of the paintings to create the sail, which feels disrespectful, but in the long run allows several cultures to be connected, allowing more people to access these books. Was it worth it? Idgaf if it was fan fiction. A book (equivalent) is a book.

Conflicted: Ken shows great respect to the library, quietly picking out his (interesting) books, however, is he allowed to take from this library? He clearly does not have a library card as they require your address to sign up for them (which he would not have), BUT this is a school library, BUT THIS MAKES IT EVEN WORSE?!?!?! If I recall correctly, he does not return these books. Ken is a MONSTER who robbed from A CHILDRENS LIBRARY. May god smite him for his sins.

A library is deeply disrespected in this film. Disgusted. These characters would not survive a minute in Cork Library
