  Can't get much better in terms of northern powerhouse films. Utterly brilliant with themes that's till resonate today. Must watch as a Bradfordian or tbh anyone else!  "Send em on Manningham Lane - it's the best place for em!"

  This is objectively really good... although it nearly lost half a star for being around 12 seconds too long. It needed to cut to TBC after *that* note. 

  I can't believe it but I cried and laughed and was shocked and excited all whilst watching this. Thank goodness we have a good movie musical in 2024 (still side eying you m**n g***s 👎🏽)

  NOTE - these films need to stop saying everything is sang live!!!! It's ok if it's not!! Stop lying!!!

  It was soooo close... could have been incredible. This was really a film of two halves. Great acting and suspense in the arena but GIRL - possibly the worst SWAT team in history?! Some bits I had to laugh out loud - no spoilers but the bike scene was the final straw. Biggest shocker was seeing Alison Phil playing a mum - it made me feel so old. 1/2 a star for a sick soundtrack and 2 great musical cameos but 1/2 deducted for a sub-par nepo baby performance🫣
