  Interesting how they didn’t put most of the backstory in the first part. But I really enjoyed how they handled the characters in this film. I thought the plot was great and unpredictable. I was really curious as to what would happen next. This movie contains my single favorite fight out of the two parts, but I wish there was more action. The ending was a little anticlimactic but I loved the analogy that Bill used about Superman for Beatrix. Overall very pleased with the film. 3.5/5

  Very different and creative! I don’t understand all the hate this movie gets. Entertaining, good music, good pacing, funny, good characters and good theme. Great fun during the Christmas season!

  So many possibilities with the concept of being able to control someone’s mind. Very creative and well thought out. Can’t say this enough: it is the PERFECT concept for a horror film. Also Naomi Scott is incredible (can she really chug water that fast? That would be impressive). Many jump scares that are effective and scenes that slowly build tension for what is about to happen. Parker Finn is surprisingly good at this considering it’s only his second film. I…
