    Ermmm, not as good as I thought it would be. I've found that I've been in quite a lot of disagreement with the Oscars this year, and Flow seemed to make this worse.

    I've been meaning to watch this for a long while and am glad that I did. I feel like I personally didn't feel TONNES towards the story or the characters themselves, but what I did feel strongly is how much this film held up a mirror to my own nostalgia and experiences of friendship. Female friendship is just the best man. Everytime I saw Sophie and Frances together, all I could do is feel gooey about memories of my own…

    Finding it quite hard to gather my thoughts on this one, the film covered a lot of ground and it would be hard to capture all of the thematic content.

    For all of its different facets, I found the exploration of the immigrant experience the most riveting. I think the film perfectly captures a contradiction that I find very interesting about the perception of immigrants.
