I've been meaning to watch this for a long while and am glad that I did. I feel like I personally didn't feel TONNES towards the story or the characters themselves, but what I did feel strongly is how much this film held up a mirror to my own nostalgia and experiences of friendship. Finding it quite hard to gather my thoughts on this one, the film covered a lot of ground and it would be hard to capture all of the thematic content.

For all of its different facets, I found the exploration of the immigrant experience the most riveting. I think the film perfectly captures a contradiction that I find very interesting about the perception of immigrants.
