Just my cup of tea. That being a action thriller based on true events, especially when they are as well acted and amazingly filmed as this one. Nicholas Hoult puts in an amazing and quite disturbing performance as the white supremisist Bob Matthew’s, and I’d imagine that some of the scenes that he filmed must have been really uncomfortable too shoot. Jude Laws performance is gritty, troubled and perfectly encapsulates a wounded man consumed by his work.

A Few Good Men 1992
”You can’t handle the truth”, A few good men is a decent film that I think everyone needs to watch at least once in their life, but is it perfect movie? No, it has weird dialogue at times and a lot of things don’t really make sense.
I’m honestly impressed that Demi Moore and Tom Cruise never actually materialise into a romance, which honestly felt refreshing.

Borderlands 2024
Better than expected, which is kind of sad since it’s still a terrible movie. The story is rushed, which I guess is what happens when you try to boil down a 60+ hour game into 90 minutes. The casting also feels really weird as the characters felt a bit bland, with the only enjoyable performances being Krieg the psycho and maybe tiny Tina. Claptrap is also an enjoyable performance and stays quite true to the character in the games.
