This is absolute cinema. Can’t believe Gene Kelly delivered that performance and directed this. All the actors are phenomenal. Such a feel good film, it really moved me. Crazy considering I used to not like musicals. I loved the choreography and cinematography. This film holds up so well, it hasn’t aged a day. Took me back to being a kid again, therapeutic experience.
Bring back elaborate real sets!!! Just bring back these kinds of films tbh
