  The visage of communism- horror with a human face. Until you peer closer and fear you were fed something illusory. Was there history to be written here? Ron Kovic returns home finding himself now forgotten in all the yesterdays with tomorrow in constant translation. Here lies the wake of broken promises for broken hearts. Oliver Stone crafts a bestial entity which encapsulates America’s soi-disant fight against the spectre of communism. God still a mystery. Horror landscapes situated in hearts and minds gnawing forever at the American psyche. But the fight was never real and the spectre haunts us to this day…God bless America.

  This film is genuine beauty. After watching it at my local film club, I patiently waited for a bus. Interestingly, I saw a courier for Deliveroo have his bike stolen by two nefarious hooligans. I suppose he’d either find his bike in the morning or never.
