mum watched this with me. Proceeded to turn the volume up to 70 as she couldn’t hear anything. Then 5 mins later fell asleep and got woke up by the first jump scare. Then after falling back to sleep for the rest of the film, woke up right near the end to tell me how she thought it was shit with its ‘little monsters’. Was trying to convince her to come watch the new one with me but lo and behold I will be doing another lonesome trip to the cinema.
