Nah. I had high hopes for this, given it’s Guy Ritchie and of an interesting subject matter.
Sorely, sorely disappointed. It attempted to capture the panache of The Man from UNCLE without managing to actually do so. Deadpool & Wolverine 2024
Easily my favourite of the Deadpool trilogy. Struck a solid balance of chaos, Marvel-continuity (if you can call it that), and irreverence while staying true to many of the characters featured. Soundtrack was perfection, and the cameos?!
Will rewatch. Which is something I haven’t done for the other Deadpools.

Argylle 2024
This film started off mediocre, got a bit interesting, and then proceeded to get worse by the minute. This film didn’t know whether it wanted to be a thriller, a tongue-in-cheek parody, or an outright comedy, and it showed.
One interesting twist around the 1/3rd mark got me back in the game, but lazy, predictable writing squandered it.
Visually, I have seen PS3 games with better CG than this 200 Million dollar film…
