The title “You Hide Me” had already floored me before beginning. Every line in this short carries immense weight as well as power, through its direct delivery. No line was used unconsciously and each one provoked thought. I enjoyed how we were shown the many faces and facades of colonialism alongside the diverse expressions of African artefacts. I also enjoyed how the film on occasion paused to gently appreciate the works of art amidst the telling of an unjust history.

Welcome to the Dollhouse 1995
Kids are cruel and I squirmed in parts of this but I liked it a lot. It was comical, uncomfy and endearing.
