Bad Boys: Ride or Die 2024
One of those, "if they keep making 'em, I'll keep watching 'em" franchises. As usual, this rests on Martin and Will's humor and chemistry, regardless of the unbelievable and convoluted plot. Why they miss the opportunity to call this fourth one Bad Boys 4 Life, I'll never understand.

Dune: Part Two 2024
A star-studded, beautifully made film that is a stunning technical marvel, Dune the 2nd is high-end filmmaking. That said, it did lack joy and fun, which helps to make heavy sci-fi relatable. Also, what's with all the swords and knives? Who brings those to a laser rifle/force field fight for Pete's sake?
