A movie with refreshing characters and dynamics. A sense of freedom and choice prevails with a comedic acceptance of others intents. Emotions are beautifully portrayed and an innocence and sense of authenticity in the character cast makes it a real feel good movie. Even in the case of Mark who has his realisation a little too late and hurts others alot. I conclude from this that a fight to mould a person is futile since the person is never yours.…

Dune 2021
Watched with bro. Great immersion and dedication to worldbuilding. However this lingers into coming off presumptuous and weakens the plot with few key events and sparse connection. This tradeoff works for me, I did not find it really slow like others did. Arsh found it awful and boring, it seems quite divisive in that way amongst my friends as well. I was immersed and the world itself pulled me in to learn more. Suspension of disbelief held strongly for me and I wasn't asking for more just waiting for what would come. I hope the second movie delivers further on this.
