As with revisiting many films from our childhood, I was able to return to this film with a more informed and less biased view point. This film used to be the highlight of my Religious Education classes and I specifically remember the class begging my teacher to put it on. Though, perhaps it was more for a relief from the teacher's lesson than anything else.
