For someone who's into the creepy/sketchy boarding school setting this film did not disappoint me. I appreciate how the story stayed on track and it relied more on suspense than startling. Knowing there was a genuine threat to the girls' welfare definitely sounded worse than a monster or a ghost. As usual, there were not mere students and yet me already guessing this did not stop watching it. Not a perfect film but it was interesting enough and the ending was satisfying.

The visuals were horrifying and all but I loved this film! I've always been interested in pseudoscientific stories about regeneration and immortality so this film was one of those that could make one think about the what-ifs and the consequences of such technology without being overly cerebral.

I know this is supposed to be a comedy but I was really put off by the excessive slapstick elements.
