Nicely tight bundled Alien movie that serves the previous movies well. It felt like they distinguished this film as their own installment while still being true to the franchise. I enjoyed the group conflict and dynamics that unfolded. This is a nice, straightforward, horror/sci-fi/fiction film.

It's surreal how this movie was able to make me feel so terrified, on the edge of my seat, and so immersed almost the whole entire time. This movie was able to capture a phycological thriller, genuinely creepy, and investigative mystery all in one. My skin felt like it was crawling, my eyes were glued to the screen, and my emotions had entirely been taken over because of how petrified I had become. I came out of the movie with…
felt a little slow at times, a little dragged out but overall still a good film. Does a really good job as a predecessor to the previous film in the franchise with the world building, characters, and generally connecting both films. Chris Hemsworth stood out to me the most over Taylor-Joy's which was a real surprise for me. Was it because she had so little lines? perhaps, but she was great at the end.
