Oh my god, it's so bad it's not even fun kind of bad.
We were watching it with my gf and we're just looking at each other like "Are you seeing this shit?" every other scene.
It had like 2 funny jokes and Jim Carrey is entertaining as always but overall it's plainly bad.

You know, maybe I don't dislike horror movies. Maybe I've just been watching the shitty ones, because it is a horror movie, and it's great!
The fact that the villain is invisible is just a part of what makes him horrifying (while making the movie cheaper). The suit itself doesn't make much sense, but the effects (or lack of them) are used so great so I don't care. I'm not sure the same style would work with a whole bunch…

It only took them 2 movies to spill the game to the real world, wow. Jokes aside, it was earned and now I'm excited for the sequel. But on its own it probably doesn't add as much to the overall mythology.
It's just a fun action movie with likeable (mostly characters). And is it just me, or Akwafina does a WAY better Danny DeVito than The Rock? I like The Rock, but come on. Less jokes about videogames, more jokes about getting old, which can be a pro or a con depending on your interests in life.
Haven't seen Viggo Mortensen in ages, he was enjoyable in this. Ali is a great actor, but what I like about him the most is after he did this he went and called Kevin Feige saying "You know what, I want to kill vampires in MCU, can you help with that?" Not everyone will like it's lighthearted take on social problems, I guess, but I enjoyed it. As Oscar winners that I've seen go, it's better than Moonlight.
