The Devil's Lair 2023
Cheesy, cringe, boring.
I'm usually generous with my ratings but The Devil's Lair was such a drag and a cringeworthy watch that I don't feel like giving a better score.
This is by far the weakest Indonesian horror I've seen.
The beginning was intriguing enough, but at the place where the film is supposed to get interesting and scary - as a horror film should be - it reveals itself to be one of the most clichéd, boring, sloppy horror…

Tetsuo: The Iron Man 1989
This review may contain spoilers. I can handle the truth.
I'm usually into movies with compelling plots and complex characters. But Tetsuo's plot is certainly not why I like it. This film is simply mind-blowing. It's very ugly, disgusting, bizarre and anxiety-inducing. Its nauseating ugliness is beautiful, in a messed up way. The film's metal as fuck. Excuse me.
