This movie was everything I wanted out of a Crows tie in. It stays so true to the spirit of the manga that I found it better than the actual manga sequel. Characters are super cool and feel unique to this while also paying respect to the cast of the actual story it proceeds. The humor is spot on and the feeling of youths wasting their years beating each other up is stronger than ever. Powerfull stuff.

This movie is honestly one of the best ways I've seen setups and pay offs being pulled off. It constantly blew my mind in ways I'd have never thought it would while also making for an engaging piece of thrill. Even though I knew how the last half would end up it still managed to catch me off guard. Great cinema.
The one cut thing was also really good and fun.

This film really feels like a manic episode. It's a fun trip watching a guy lose himself in his research which ultimately destroys him. The audiovisual aspect really drives the aesthetic and the mood home and the grander message is an interesting one.
It also very likely gave me an irl headache but I'll move past that

A cool ass movie about two insane lunatics and their electricity antics. This movie is very short and to the point. Accompanying the great industrial punk soundtrack is also a story I think. It really isn't important but it is engaging for how crazy it is. Dialogue is delivered in an aesthetically great way while people usually speak their lines as if the microphone is on the back of their throats. It's really great. And the fight scene at the end is just the chef's kiss.
