Let's start with the negatives:
First, not as much of a buddy teamup as I was hoping for. Reynolds and Jackman have great chemistry, but it seemed to be drowned at times by the sheer amount of "stuff" happening.
Second, the narrative can be a bit clunky and doesn't transition smoothly from gloriously bloody events to sincere moments. It is better experienced as a compilation of shenanigans than to expect the 'lightning in a bottle' that is Deadpool 1 & 2.…
It is difficult to review a children's movie when you are neither a child nor a parent/guardian to one, but I will try anyway:
Inside Out 2 further develops Riley's character and her emotions while incorporating new ones brought about by the capital P:

The film rehashes a similar lesson to the first: "suppression is a catalyst for psychological consequences". This is no bad thing, but may be a tired out plot for older viewers and with the novelty…
Furiosa meets expectation and builds upon an already highly regarded Mad Max character. Much like the Max in Road Warrior, Furiosa continues the "man, myth, legend" (or "woman, myth, legend") format.
Anya Taylor-Joy and Chris Hemsworth, despite their current saturation in Hollywood, aren't immersion breaking and instead lend their energy to the fun and thrill of Miller's wasteland.
Minor nitpicks include: plot omissions that cause the viewer to suspend disbelief and a few obvious CGI segments that didn't quite look right...(*cough* Dogs *cough*)
In whole, Furiosa: A Mad Max Saga is deeply enjoyable and full of impeccable costuming, beautiful road war choreography and apocalyptic dread.
