  things i liked:

  the cinematography
  music and score
  some truly beautiful shots
  the immigration topic and the post war time period
  the story being centered around an architect and brutalism as an art
  the first part

  things i didn’t like:

  the heroin
  some unresolved/confusing side-plot lines 
  the depiction of the fragility of men vs the resilience and strength of women
  embellishing zionism
  oscar-formula-plot line 
  lots of scenes with felicity and adrien and yet the conversation/relationship is shallow
  the second part and epilogue
