  Definitely not a horror movie. That said, the movie is great at creating dread as the foreshadowing is so strong throughout the runtime. You keep waiting for the ball to drop and when it does, it delivers on the build-up. That said, I don't like being sad. Why the spooky supernatural movie try to make me sad.

  Beautifully shot movie that misses the mark in terms of scares. It has a relatively open-ended viewer's interpretation of mental illness versus spiritual possession. The build-up was okay and at times the pacing felt redundant and slow which was made worse by the unsatisfying ending.

  I love villain Hugh but the movie dragged a bit long. Interesting topics and ideas but didn't quite stick the landing and felt like the writer did not know what message they want sent. Feels like an exploration of someone that was religious at one point and lost their faith.

  Unnecessary sequel to an okay movie. Rehashing the same jokes and the messy lore, there is nothing wrong with the execution but the material is not great.

Following
