I was expecting a run of the mill action thing (haven’t seen garland before). But man was this one depressing watch. That final scene of Jessie not even reacting to Lee’s sacrifice for her and instead just getting the photo mattered.
Was not expecting a movie about a supposed civil war in the US being about war photography and how we can be desensitized to violence so easily but exploring those ideas in this way in the current real world events was something.Translated from by -

I don’t think I’ve ever been more terrified while watching a movie.
Like not in terms of jump scares but just the tension and uncomfortable feeling alone, it’s like you don’t even get a moment to breathe and the same can be said with the characters. The final reveal had me scratching my head but as it went I kinda got it.
Performances were absolutely incredible and Nic Cage had me at the edge of my seat, I started hiding…Translated from by
