Benny’s Video is a depiction of bad parenting, I guess. Who lets a toddler film a pig being executed and expects the child to turn out fine? They pay for his videos, leave him secluded in his dark room, and let him spiral into his dark thoughts. He had the machine, and he literally “piggified” the girl because he was desensitized to humanity. Honestly, it’s more the parents’ fault than anyone else’s.Tw its a Michael Haneke movie.

71 Fragments of a Chronology of Chance 1994
I truly loved it...from the audio to the visuals and the scenery. I appreciated how the film was constructed and how it left the viewer to imagine what happened during certain scenes. To me, it was almost powerful and even more impactful. For instance, when Max died in the car, only a gunshot sound was heard, and it truly shook me. I was expecting him to drive off or something, but it just ended. I also loved how the story brought all the characters’ lives together in one place at the end of the movie...chef’s kiss! And the orphan kid;He’s so cool!

They saw it but still didn’t care. I don’t know who to blame; I guess this is what happens when you throw a bunch of men in a box. Everyone stays stagnant, avoiding showing feelings and ignoring others’ emotions, consumed by their own egos,they crack and live with the consequences for the ones that made it or not for the ones that slipped along the road to gouvernement excellence as they say.
I’d describe this movie as soul-crushing. It’s a must-watch, but be prepared...consider this a warning for fragile souls. It’s quite graphic.
