I wasn’t impressed. There is so rarely accurate and supportive gay media out there but this movie really isn’t it. Sure it does have some semi-accurate depictions of LGBTQ representation and how homophobia and coming out can be difficult but it is so obvious that this was written by a straight person, if it wasn’t I’m deeply surprised. Whiplash 2014
AMAZING FILM, one of the most groundbreaking and breath taking films I’ve ever watched. The erratic and beautifully written characters keep you on the edge of your seat, holding your breath. The cast was perfect and the art direction was beautiful, everything was perfectly connected to one another making the story flow well and keeping the viewer entertained while waiting to see what will happen next. The sound track, the lighting, everything is done on purpose and it’s fantastic. A perfect film to represent obsession and emotion. Would watch if you’re feeling up to a psychological film or if you need an inspirational push to greatness.

Forgetting Sarah Marshall 2008
Ridiculous but well written, I loved the main character’s personality and general attitude throughout the film making it a relatable but funny story, It’s easy to watch and not really pay attention to either making it also easy to re-watch. I’ve practically memorized this film yet I keep going back to see Jason Segel’s witty, sarcastic, and funny writing. Would recommend for date nights, casual hangout sessions or just for a good laugh.
