    Robert Pattinson did a great job in this, also always a delight to see Steve Yeun. He’s really good at these charming but fake/unhinged just beneath the surface characters. The creepers are obviously adorable too. 

    Overall though this isn’t for me. I could pick it apart but I think it’s the way BJH sets his characters up in a realistic/dramatic way but then is unable to follow through. The tension ends up feeling way too orchestrated, the comedy doesn’t really…

    Also WHERE DID JENNIFER LAWRENCE go?! She was in that Netflix morality play written by Bernie’s speechwriter a couple years ago but otherwise has been MIA. Bring her back!!!

    This is a joke, right? The characters are non-existent, the dialogue makes me cringe. The director seems to think that an endless series of weak analogies adds depth to a story that feels like it was written by a teenager.
