This honestly exceeded my expectations in numerous ways, was very funny at times and paced very well with a consistent sense of urgency always there. Had some surprises I didn’t see coming and certain sequences really had me on the edge of my seat which was fun. The constant discourse about the human ego and what drives people to do certain things was a cool element as well, which made scenes where Glen Lowell’s character was teaching actually very interesting. Definitely will be rewatching this one eventually.

In a Violent Nature 2024
One of the more gruesome horror movies I’ve seen, but some of the comedic relief made it all ~mildly~ less disturbing. A bit predictable at times which is expected, but there were definitely some things I didn’t see coming as well. The lack of music for a majority of the film too made it extremely eerie and tense.
