Heretic 2024
My favorite movie of 2024. This movie definitely hits different if you grew up or are in the LDS church. It plays both sides very well with so much hidden meaning. Me and my friends were on the edge of our seat the entire time. Some critics said they wish it was more supernatural but I like the fact that it’s plausible. It makes it all the more horrifying. First time watch was scary because I didn’t know what was coming but overall more of a thriller than horror. Cast was 10/10. Absolutely loved this movie.

The Wolf of Snow Hollow 2020
Feels like this movie couldn’t decide what it was supposed to be. At least I couldn’t figure it out. It’s more of a metaphor and character arc for the main cop recovering from anger issues and destructive behavior but the whole movie lands flat for me. A few funny dry humor moments but overall ridiculous. I’m left confused

Inside Out 2 2024
I actually liked this movie way more than I expected. I was engaged all the way through and really liked the whole belief system aspect and the chaos of the new characters. As my brother would say I left inspired. Also… anxiety cracking open and slamming 5 redbulls in 2 seconds was so funny I ran it back 3 times.
