  this film is so claustrophobic - the only space granted in any of the scenes is space through mirrors, which was v effective, since mirroring is a massive part of the movie, nina is only identifiable bc she wears less eyeliner than everyone else

  also nina's ringtone is the same song that plays during the opening sequence of the movie ('Nina's Dream') which i found to be really subtly haunting - the soft chiming of the melody playing in public was so cool, and clint mansell did such an amazing job with this soundtrack

  THE ENDING was so good too
