Not quite as enjoyable as Timecop but the Hyams JCVD magic is still plenty alive in this one. It drags a bit in the 2nd act through to the farcical goalie bit but more than recovers with the finale. Hyams brand of stone-faced b-movie lands again. There are lots of incredulous laughs to be had but also some fantastic DP work and enormously entertaining special effects.
