  MC is a creep, it's a plot driven story with a bad plot. A classic little mermaid story and a much worse Ponyo. Kai is a stick in the mud character with poor development, and for me a very unlikable character. His worst trait: having a CRUSH on LU, who acts and looks like a 5 year old.
