  honestly the beginning had me thinking I was gonna get bored (I still zoned out at times don’t get me wrong). I can see the artistry and magnificence for its time. I really enjoyed the direction as well as the acting. Absolutely love the unsettling nature and mania that Daryl Hannah and Rutger Hauer provided.   I feel like now that i understand the dune politics a bit better i can definitely enjoy the film much more!
