The Grand Budapest Hotel 2014
this was an excellently crafted film that blends nostalgia, humor, and melancholy in a way that feels both lighthearted and deeply reflective. each frame felt like a work of art. i don't think that the plot itself was the film’s strongest aspect, but the beauty lies in its atmosphere, eccentric characters, and the way it plays with themes of memory and loss.

i initially started watching this movie to help my learn portuguese ... and then it ended up being the most beautifully heart-wrenching films i've ever seen and it completely changed me. i will b thinking about this film on my deathbed.
