I Saw the TV Glow 2024
jane schoenbrun captured the dissociative feeling of living in the wrong body perfectly. i felt like i had woken up from a nightmare when i left the theater. the dread and sickening nostalgia is overpowering. nothing will prepare you for how gutting of an experience this is. it’s very obvious how much attention to detail and personal experience was put into this, and it was absolutely brilliant.
