Stick to the book!
And the romance between Montag and Clarisse was unnecessary and a hollywood cliché
The first time I saw this movie I was 13 years old, and I remembered it as the world's most boring movie ever. But now, 5 years later, I found it really entertaining. That may of course be because I actually understand what the movie is about.
The film itself is structured, which makes it easy and straightforward to follow. Really good movie! (for adults)
And if you are going through your Andrew Garfield-phase, this movie is a must. Especially that "you better lawyer up, asshole"- scene shows how talented he really is.
The acting and dialog was just crazy. Before watching this film i thought it would be boring, because there was only one location, two characters and the story unfolded over one night.
But the acting just blew me away and made the movie so interesting!
Because of the dialog, i felt i have known these characters forever, and i didn't need a second location or an extra night.
The fact that it was made during the first lockdown, make the film even more impressing.
