Hamaguchi films scratch an itch in my brain in the most satisfying way. He’s an absolute master and I adored this follow up to the beloved DRIVE MY CAR (2021).
Gonna take a stab at my personal interpretation of that ending. As the title suggests, the film deals with the idea that the natural world has no moral compass, but an order.
