This movie uses the same storytelling method that, "the Last of Us Part 2" (video game) used, but that method still doesn't really work that great here.

First time I have watched this in years, I even watched it on the old DVD at my parents house.
Honestly, it's a tremendous film, maybe Shyamalan's best. I am glad my positive nostalgia for this film was not undeserved.
This movie understands suspense beautifully. I was stressed (in a good way?) during this movie because I felt in the moment, not because I was bracing myself for the next loud jump scare.
