The Empty Man 2020
Mad surprised at how much I enjoyed it considering I didn’t think I liked horror movies. Not many jump scares and a very well made film. Cool camera shots and really fitting and good music too

2001: A Space Odyssey 1968
Watched this being shown with a 70mm film projector and intermission, shown in the original way it would’ve been in 1968.
The colours and the music (and lack thereof) were simply stunning. Some sections of the movie I felt like I could watch for hours without getting bored.
I find it frustrating that the story was told so slowly but after the intermission I found the slow-ness quite satisfying and it allows you the time to really think about why…
