basically the perfect rom-com (second only to when harry met sally). obviously will and anna's relationship drives the movie - and the shy, tender chemistry between both leads is one of the all-time romances - but I think it's the supporting cast that takes this from good to great. the ease, the familiarity and intimacy between will and all his sad-sack friends demonstrates how this movie really isn't about fame, or romance, or travel bookstores: it's about how living within walking distance of your buddies fucking rules.
