Tron 1982
For my first watch of 2025, this wasn’t the worst way to start the year. This film was groundbreaking in every way in 1982 and was rejected from the Oscars for cheating which made me laugh when I found this out.
The plot is simple enough to follow and the visuals and score really make this film what it is. You really feel transported into the world of the grid.

Wallace & Gromit: Vengeance Most Fowl 2024
This was just perfect. A great return for Wallace and Gromit and one of their best yet. Definitely a contender for film of the year.
Full of the humour we know and love and the story is just brilliantly put together. Action-packed and a really and easy watch.
And we can’t forget about Peter Kay.

Spider-Man 2 2004
Seeing this in a cinema was an amazing experience. Never in my life did I think I would ever see it in cinemas but here we are. Every time I watch it never fails to impress me.
Everything in this film is as good as it gets for a comic book and in my opinion is the golden standard for them which only a few comic book movies have been able to replicate.
This film has stood the test of time and will forever. It doesn’t get better than this as comic book films go.
